What actually makes you keep using a tracking site?

Genuine question rather than a survey. There are plenty of anime trackers and most of them do roughly the same things, so I'm curious what makes one stick. Is it the list itself? The recommendations? Friends being on it? Or just whichever one you happened to start with years ago and never left? I'd rather build the thing people actually come back for than guess.
